Naomi Cardona

What is your role at tlc?

I am part of the Company Secretarial team here at tlc. My main role is to ensure all information on Companies House is maintained and up to date for the building companies we manage. This includes the appointment and resignation of directors, share transfers and filling of confirmation statements.

What is your background?

I began working at tlc shortly after graduating from Leeds University. I undertook an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Economics and particularly specialised in Statistics. I aimed to channel my existing skills in finance and business into property and found tlc to be the perfect place to do so.

What values drive you?

I strive to always be understanding and kind, working in the management of peoples home means it is crucial that residents feel at ease and that their homes are in safe hands.

What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?

Although I have only began working with tlc full time in the last year, I had been a summer intern since 2017. Therefore, I have been able to experience first hand the growth the company has accomplished over the years. In the next 12 month I hope to further aid the expansion into more of the borough.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

In my free time I enjoy planning trips and countries to visit. I have recently come back from a trip to Colombia and wish to visit all countries in South America in future.

What is one thing that might surprise people about you?

Although I was born and raised in London my first language was actually Spanish.
