What is your role at tlc?

I am a Block manager and customer relationship builder, so I look after residential blocks, making sure the buildings are safe, clean, in good conditions and well looked after. I also make sure our clients are informed on a regular basis on any issues and matters related to their property, as well as communicating any further improvements that might be necessary to make their homes more comfortable and enjoyable to live in.

What is your background?

I am originally from Bulgaria and I have moved in UK in 2010 to learn English and complete a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I have completed BA(Hons) in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, as well as MA in Human Resource Management. While studying I have worked in Real Estates and I have developed a passion and desire to learn more about it, so I have completed IRPM qualification and look forward to applying all the knowledge, experience and skills in my role.

What values drive you?

Kindness, I believe that kindness is the universal language that is comprehended beyond the boundaries, everyone can understand and speak and, so in the world, where you can be anything first be kind.

Honesty, is the only way to make people trust you and is the foundation of a long-lasting relationships.

Compassion, people go through different things in life and being able to recognise, show compassion and understanding through the challenges is the biggest gift someone can have. It is also one of the most beautiful ways to connect with people.

Opportunities to learn and improve every day. Every day is a new day to learn and become a better version of ourselves.

What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?

To work hard, to be a great team member, to create long lasting relationships with clients and co workers, to make sure I go beyond the expectations and continuously improve.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

I enjoy travelling, visiting new places and getting to know different cultures, as well as see the diverse nature. I also like to spend time with my niece and family. Apart from that I love going to the gym and keeping active.

What is your favourite song?

I have many, but Emeli Sandé – Brighter days is probably my favourite now.

What is one thing that might surprise people about you?

I used to work in a radio station, as radio presenter during High School Summer Holidays after winning the competition.

If you could be any animal, what would you be?

I would be a deer like Bambi, as when you look at them, they have these big sincere eyes and they are the type of animals that wouldn’t hurt anyone, very gentle and delicate.

What are three things on your bucket list?

Be more active and learn new sports

Travel to Asia, Japan, Philippines and Malaysia
